Eric Shalem is an elite corporate event producer with over 20 years of diverse event experience! Eric combines his extensive experience in catering, event entertainment, marketing, prooduction mangagement, and audio visual to see the entire event picture. Eric is obsessed with the details and chooses to focus on the reason for the event first.

Matthew Westman is a technical production specialist at Reason One Productions. He has a bachelors degree of Theater Arts (Technical) from Pepperdine University. He has worked on productions in both the US and in the UK and has an extensive technical background. He also serves as an adjunct proffesor at Pepperdine University.
